Ryoka Attack Disconnect after 7 minutes (EU6 server)

What is wrong with server ? In the middle of Ryoka attack all players got dc and after reconnecting nothing is happened.

OFC. Supports need some bad words! They do nothing.... but its nothing new. Of course players reported it long time ago- and ... 0 changed in this problem. OFC its easy to try to avoid it buy i think they dont use brains! They are only skilled with asking for patience and apologizing for everything. To this day I have 0 information about any bug get fixed. Ofc players reported some time ago. They care only for a money not the game. If that is the way they want to do i will not pay for this anymore. I think that just several thousand $ from just one players is to much for them. OK. Just continue and all players will leave that crap. THEY ARE BIG 0 comparing to JAPANESE servers. On Japanese servers bugs got fix in few hours.. and players always got re-compensation. And here supporting are very lazy. Try to fix it or avoid kicking players on event by: restart server before events like: RA, ES, PS... Or just do not close event after its start even if there are no players/ are kicked.
What we can do? Just stop paying. No game support-no more money.
They should doubled next RA event rewards (x2 exp, 2x silver, x2 killing revard, x2 end event reward).
