hmm I am  surprised why no one talking about Kaname Tosen even though he have the same talent (agi 15%) as harrible and so he have a chance to attack first and in my server (EU3) most fight decided by main speed and 10th skill power. so by taking Tosen  which can be easily faster than a main character you will reduce main character skill by 50% which will guarantee your win most likely. I know he is not that good in pve but for pvp I think he is the best in lv 80 partners since he the only one who could counter 10th skill which everyone depend in now in my server. So I was thinking to take him. Do you think its a good idea, and before you say he have a different weapon my main is Quincy so he will always get my main gears. I know its stupid to choose Quincy but it is too late to change it now.

Edit: all the severs usings Kazeshini with give 6% more attack speed to assaulter than support so basically even if your opponent have Harebbel with same exact speed you will be faster .

coz u can chouse better option , like Ikaku or Bayakua. All focused on dmg dealing

First of all More damage not always mean better in pvp. Speed is number 1 factor in pvp!!!, and about Bayakua is not really that great since with your main 10th skill enemy support will die for sure unless your damage is too low !!!. and attack 2 assault for 120% + tank vs attack assault 160% (with  higher speed and decrease enemy 50% damage) that if they faster than your main is more useful in pvp. Ikakku could work in palace hollow but in arena or sever clash he not that big deal vs someone using 10th skill with tank most likely will need at least 2 full round to kill him.

You've got pretty arguments. But as others have said. Tosei is strictly a PvP partner. Maybe some uses in some Trails/Palace.

If you're more focused on PvP he'd be a good addition.
But other than that Ikkaku overshadoes him in the damage department, and he can be good for everything overall.

Right for pvp is true.

But kaname is very usefull (damage asaulters + reducing 50% of their attack power) in pvp...and perhaps some trial. Most of people don't have enough gold reishi to take more than one caracter (mostly bought Sajin and Yoruichi before).

So they choose one caracter they can use in all situation. PVP/ PVE event. and trial. So biakuya and ikkaku are two good choice, better than Tosen. He's too specific.

for Ikkaku true he is a good choice but Biakuya................. I agree with everythingswrong@live saying he is a glorified free ichigo . Most likely he wont be that useful unless the second skills come out.
