the same result with Byakua and Ikkaku but at least koname have 15% more agi so he have the highest chance between these to to attack first

yes they use 10th so kanames agilty is pretty much usless

Byakuya base agility 2.5              Talent boost strenght

So kaname is useless and byakuya is not... Logical. It's seem to be more easy to make some damage with kaname than with Byakuya. And vs Main (still hard to be fastest than a main) U will damage all character with Byakuya...and "only" reduce half damage of main and 160% damage on all asaulters with Tosen.

Yeah i think u're right Tosen is useless in pvp. Joke....

U have a decent caracter who can compet with a main if u have right spirit stone and other boost... So agility is not a problem as for Byakuya, cause that one can be stun/reduce damage more easily than Tosen (yeah two counter can be use vs him haribel and tosen).And one more thing Tosen hability decrease by 50% asaulters attack.... That don't mean decrease by 50% damage done. But much more. Because if u're not able to have enough attack power to pass opponent defense, u will made only few damage and not thousand damage.

And for information 10th skill is useless if u cannot use it. Thank Haribel too for that. With good zanpakuto and teammate opponent don't have a chance.
Tosen is simply a counter for a full assaulters lane and/or dangerous - badass-  main.

Personally i think Kisuke is the best lv80, followed by Ikkaku.

You will replace Ikkaku when a better assaulter is available, but you'll always keep Kisuke around, just like Rukia.
