Is it better to gradually lease a partner or buy it all at once?

If you are going to pay little by little, better to save that little to events like Lucky turntable, reio, etc where you dont need to top up all at once and you get stones and stuff for free.

Most of the lease guys are the same price and sometimes overpriced and you dont get nothing but lvls.

Well, I'm getting Sexy Yoru, by farming gold, which will take 2 more Reio's. Meanwhile I got her at 125lvl, I can modify till I can get her completely, and I will be able to take 20 sockets stones and 16 furies  more. Maybe for some more expensive partners, yeah leasing isn't the best option, like Shinso yday. But for her price range I don't think there is a better option. And as I mentioned, this comes from a low vip perspective that can't top up big amounts in one go

leasin is imo quite good tool you should abuse as low vip, different partners become stronger at different phase/with different partners/stones.

f.e if you start fresh renting isshin for week might give u huge advantage via spare xp/silver you collect from events. at csb if you r close to get higher rank wasting 300gold for wichi for a week is totally worth if you can achieve better rank and obtain more souls

and ofc... top upping only with events like reio you can use partners right away instead waiting for 5-6 reios before actually gaining em

if you have gold in ur stash imo lease is better, prices r going atm down and instead wasting that 10k for partner you could get better deal out from somewhere else.

Oh yeah some time is not bad, but buy it completely as OP says i think is a really bad idea.

oh sry i misunderstood, yeah buying from lease in one go is pointless, you're right on that
