The only reason I can see them doing it different is translation issues on some events so far or them not being ready. One other reason is some of those events can make you extremely more powerful and they dont' want people to have access to that yet (IE: The Cash Partners for sale there) THey don't want us to have TOshiro, Bankai Renji ect yet because those partners are to powerful to add right now this early on in the servers life, same with the other Zanpakutos, and that's the reason the devs themselves game me, they are far to OP to be added right now, till the servers are more mature.

It would just make cash VIP players THAT much stronger, and make the gap that much huger if they added some of those events right now.

İf that events brings so far gap between f2p and cash users battle power i really dont want an event like that even i m vip 6 at a new server US-42 because i cant donate this game anymore there is no end of this...

Maybe, or they want the high Vips spend his gold, then release the chars and them gonna top up again to get the chars btw none of the 5th active events at cn servs involve any char, the thing is that vizored event is only an support (bonus) event more than an event alone, the way they use Vizored event here is useless and sux
Edit: Maybe at 80% of times when a new events comes at cn servs you can get something free must of times arent OP freebies but usefull, and they put and advice at the main page with the events and the upgrades, not only launching 1 new serv everyday

Yes there is an event on there where you can buy all the cash characters...I got an account on there as well, and looked.  You can buy Muramasa, Arrancar Gin, and all previous cash characters. Arrancar Gin can be yours on CN servers for 50k gold, which is $1,250 here.

ANyways they may run another event after tomorrow for 2 events, like they did with Ultimate BP, they ran Ultimate Weapon to.

I think this event is good for those buying mass spirit stones - it's something you have to do anyway, and by doing it during this event you get a decent (~28%) rebate.

Yes there is, I was just on there, it's in the Black Market...you can buy them all there.
