What exactly is invulnerable though.  Does it mean i can't be stunned, or silenced?

cant be stunned, hit, poisoned, not sure about silence but i dont think so

O.K. so to clarify this, cause I'm still not sure if top 4k and get shini yoro, or do reio and get sexy yoro, which to go for?

1. Shinigami yoroichi or

2. Sexy yoroichi

I use 2-2-1 formation, consists of kisuke T1, gin, ikkaku, main and hol ichigo.  Kisuke gives t1 fury to whole team except vanguard.   

I know sexy yoro is very good for pve, but shini yoro's skill is quite impressive, quite the game changer in pvp and in hollow soul map.  So I'm not sure which to pick.

how well do you do in pve? if not so well get sexy, but if you do fine get shini

side note: shini's invulnerabilty only works against people who arent main boss, so it doesnt work against aizen, starrk, TOSEN, etc. it also doesnt work in 5v5

But it works in pvp right? Against other players.  Plus the other thing I like about her, is she can hit the supporters, with a bit of luck, so that's one point on her favour.

In pve I do pretty good, I got fully modded ikkaku and kenpachi to help, along with supporters kisuke and rukia.  

The thing is if I get her at hero, I keep my gold, so I will be around 8k gold, and then I can save up to around 9 or 10k gold and get zangetsu, that's why I was so interested in getting her this event.

The other plan is to get isshin for 10k in another event, though I really don't use 1-3-1 for him, plus I wipe out assaulters mainly with gin and main last skill.
