Go for it man, you're ura and tavern gin will start to fall behind before too long. Isshin is a cheap way to true t1 yourself, he's by far the best partner for pve and is a monster in pvp. 4K gold for yoru is a good price, and if you don't plan on going past vip 5-6 then id say why not. If you plan on throwing enough in to get isshin total, most people I know would tell you to do it. But in the end, its totally up to you.

It's not a matter of been able to afford isshin, as if I use reio to double my gold, it will result in almost same price as getting shini yoroichi in ult hero event.  Since I'm kido main type and have kido mod soul, I specialize on kido and using gin T1 with kisuke, plus main last skill has helped me a lot in clearing assaulter lanes.  

I was just curious as to which would provide to be more useful, isshin or shini yoro, only one of them, because I think I'm gonna continue with my 1-2-2 formation.  But as mentioned earlier, isshin will be more useful in lvl 130 ES, which funny to say, is our ES today, so isshin will be the one and only option to get.
