well i m f2p so never tried any of them

, just some guy on my server got both of them(c orihime n d rukia) n he said his dmg was higher with rukia

They boost the same amount of attack on assaulters but ori has better stats/skill, I think the guy on your server may have just had some lucky crits. You should have him try cute ori again

I suggest looking in zan fortify for hyorin. I could write it all out but its more effective if you view the preview.
