Went up slightly at level 110 and no mods or evo. I was able to beat level 69 Ryoka but I do have all 3 assaulters T1. I do see when I upgrade evo and mods it will get nice. Also Kenny and cute are not T1 now so that leaves room for growth. I would say keeper for PVE.

Yeah, honestly the hardest part for me was getting his hit rate up high enough. Anything under 320 and I was missing more than half the time. As long as you put some good hollow souls on your noza you should have it pretty soon.
