I tried to contact the customer service through the email provided in one of the threads. The email went as follow:

My in game name is iAdio (Eu server 23). I was wondering as I'am Vip 6 player who's willing do keep donating but I have a problem. I created the account on Eu server 23 without knowing actual events time which colide with my working hours and I end up being behind with gold/level etc... I was wondering if there is a possibility of transfering my account/vip level/gold into a newly created US server where I will be able to attend them all. This would be much of I help for me as I really enjoy playing Bleach Online and hope you can help me find a reasonable way to enjoy the game even more.

It's been couple of days now since the email has been sent although no one bothered to reply back. I have already started playing on US 48 server which I've topped up a little bit already, but I'm not willing to do so unless a get a serious reply since I feel like I've been ignored for the past days. I've already gates2shop contacted for an advice on how this can be solved and been adviced to try contacting you for the last time through the forum. If this won't help I'll go through claim back process which they are happy to do although I'd like to avoid that since I still want to allocate the transactions with you, just on the different server. Hope you can take reasonable action to solve this issue and hopefully you will be able to transfer the gold from EU 23 to US 48.
Hope this will be taken seriously and I'll get some decent reply soon.
