Not 100% sure on that but I can't even begin tell you how many problems I've had trying different vanilla gift cards through offgamers.
Neither mastercard or visa would work but they definitely worked when I bought some ejuice at my local B&M vape shop.
Edit: Take my money damnit!

I suggest looking around for off gamers cards. Apparently those are a thing at some stores. Gonna be doing the same soon, need some lovely spirit blade equip ready for when i get shura kenny

You can use Paypal on offgames. You can purchase paypal cards to load cash onto a paypal account.

you can purchase any mastercard or visa gift cards and use them anywhere online including here

Paypal has done away with that system. Now the only way to get money on paypal is by transferring it from a bank account. One way around this is by adding a prepaid card to your paypal wallet. It works exactly the same as paying with money on your paypal account except you would see the card instead of your account balance as the payment method. Hope this helps

Or... you could just use a regular debit or credit card to avoid all of that hassle but I know some of ya out there are youngins
