Need more data. Hit us up with current pve form, current sets on partners, endgame form (mine changes quite constantly).
The only thing keeping me from saying zang is that if you're planning on running noza, hyorin makes him quite a terrifying prospect with the new zan fortify.
Depending on who you put the cyclone set on depends on if its better for you then the new 100 slots sets (agi boost for sups or whoever you plan on being fastest)

Current running Cute Orihime, kisuke t1, isshin, and quincy uryuu/ hollowed ichigo (use vang in ryoka, since i 1shot till 53-54 with vang and i start to die at 52)

Planning to get shura kenny, noza and swp aizen

Runnin relampago set on my aizen

Isshin has 2 pieces of the new set from lucky and 4 pieces of lvl 100 spirit forged 20/20

Main using lvl 80 set spirit forget 20/20 will swap for 110 when i get to 115 (lvl 113 at moment)

Kisuke running 2x pieces of lvl 90 set form old lucky machine and 4x lvl 100 pieces spirit forget 20/20

Ichigo has 2x lvl 90 pieces fom lucky machine (guardian) 2x pieces of lvl 80 set 20/20 spirit forget and 2x lvl 100 pieces spirit forget 20/20

will replace all pieces (exept orange ones) for lvl 110 set spirit forged 20/20 as soon as possible

Personally I'd at least spend for an ulti set for shura kenny, the new spirit blade set is so gnarly.
