That`s a different case scenario and it does not make sense to me why debuff is still applied but i cant do bugger fuck with that can I?

Not the case, in his case he was bitching about Kiske, so no, his case makes full sense to me. while the example you gave is rather different I can`t disagree it does not make sense that debuffs work on you although the hit was missed.

I think that Kisuke was only his example...  and he thought about all skills and partners...  but w/e man, game like that cant have sense at all aspects. So i dont rly carre about it, cuz devs will never change that^^

I feel it makes sense, my reason is this. In this game there is the normal dodge and super dodge(or flash or what ever its called) the  second being the effect shin yoruichi gets when she uses skill. Both prevent dmg taken, both do not stop effects not targeting them(e.g kisuke fury to team mates) however while you can get stunned fury deducted e.t.c on dodge, super dodge will negate such effects.
For those that want it to make sense An example: Dodge would be avoiding a knife thrown at you with just a scratch(you take no noticable dmg but if it is poisoned you get poisoned) while super dodge is avoiding it completely

The devs are on the cn version so yeah we can do as much as nothing. And even if the devs were on this version they would just ignore forum like the "admins" do.
