Buddy I understand okay. You apparently can't get around the other characters with your team when they get the increase in fury. You can't figure it out to the point you would rather screw the game up so you can pat yourself on the back and act like a big boy. I'm sorry to tell you fury increases is a separate part of the attack not the same part. You do the attack then hit or miss you get the additional effects. Now then since we've talked about that how about you shut your mouth about it and walk on to your next complaint or better yet keep running your mouth and everyone else can just ignore your simple complaints that you apparently don't have time to think about yourself. Good day.

Tbh, if it was changed so the effect doesn't work when you miss the opponent, it's going to put a lot more value on having true t1. For f2p/low vip, having kisuke throw fury at the whole team regardless is a life saver. It really can help equalize the playing field (even a marginal benefit for the low vip'ers is still a benefit). But I definitely do see your point that logically it doesn't make sense, but you could theoretically think about it as a separate entity from the attack itself. I could come up with an example to help explain this but I don't think it's really needed.

The reason it still takes effect is because dodge =/= immunity. We already have a status that let's people not be affected by debuffs and such. No need to turn dodge into a copy of the immunity ability that Shini Yoruichi has.

well... you seem rather upset that i brought this up... mind posting ur 5 man team formation? lol.. because no one would ever sound this mad over something that would make sense to change if they werent abusing it themselves... and you honestly need to learn some respect how to talk to people on here, if i had any power you would have a timeout till you mature..

you arent turning it into an immunity ability.. , so i guess we can just sit around and let these kids with 0 hit stones on their mana givers that gain 100% fury anyway every time they cast... the logic is not there...
