NEW, ult. hogyo shop

Apparently there's something called ult. hogyoku shop, where it seems you can get perfect hogyokus, which are red, some of them give damage boost, others combine attributes, like phys attack + speed.  I'd post pics but not a computer wiz to do so.  In any case, just check hogyoku, and you should see hogyoku shop.  If anybody can provide insights as to how to buy those stones, it will greatly be appreciated.

Can it be perhaps that they have something to do with getting hogyo fragments?  The things used to make pills.   I will try a bit more, to see, maybe that's the key, not sure though.

Those red hogyos look very nice though.  I can see a person in my server, crying in joy, as he's never ever even gotten a golden jade, before, even though he's been playing for almost a year now, lol.
