128 without physic enchant on weapon and i believe it was 94 with physic enchant

Well when you're lvl 130 it is cz you will need like 7 months to make him 130 lol

But you need as much lv as your sets and most of the times that cap is 110, its not hard to reach lv 110 with exp books.

Not really I have 120 ultimate sets so it is better for me lol and it is better cz you dun need to buy it directly all you can buy it lil by lil and when you find him no more useful you stop renting and it won't disappear so if you'll need him again you can renew it is by far the best event for me

Yes it does so basically you can buy wichi  perms for 40k or rent him for 1 day for 400 and then perms will be 39600 and like that till you reach buy perms = 0 gold after renting then you get him perms automatically

Essentially no benefit in cost, apart from spreading the cost over a long period / hiring when you occasionally need it?

Yeah and you get him at your lvl too + he never disappear whenever you need him you can renew if not he just stays in corner
