Basically there's a counter for every time out there but seriously i'm not going into detail because you won't accept my theory/fact anyway. As for mugetsu his best skill part = silence and combo... if you can't think of what I mean with that, you're not "worth" knowing how good he can be

Anyways I can't show you what I've in mind since I don't got those partners..

Like I said, all talk and no show. Yes there's a counter for everything, but it sure as hell ain't mugetsu that's a counter for B Rukia. Honestly if anyone's a counter for her it's Ultimate Aizen. With the right setup there's no way she could one shot him, and his fury restriction would probably let him win. But again, if you can't even go into detail it's just because you have no details. Multiple people already presented you with the facts, you're just too blind to look. Silence from Mugetsu's skill doesn't do jack if he can't even live through the first round.
