Can you set a leased partner to aid, then let the charter's lease expire and still get the benefits of the "aid"? I'd imagine it shouldn't work... but this strikes me as something that likely would work with the way this game is coded.

Hmm, Nel doesn't have bond attributes/partners?
Looks like Gamizel does though.
