lol the only people on my entire server that I've seen get ulti speed hogyoku are a couple of level 50 noobs who I'm fairly sure have quit now...

They both got one minutes apart from each other. It was painful to see. They were asking in world chat about why they only got one, they thought it should be easier to get more of them for free much easier....

i had a famine gap of 6 months before i got one ulti. then i got 4 ultis in a span of 2-3 weeks . some luck there and my lucky tree and my lucky face
