missing hogyoku after refeshing the game

i have  1 complete kido , 1 flawless speed, 1 broken kido inlay in renji then after i refreshed the game. it was all gone.. </3

Usually items do not just disappear I think this might have happen in your case.  

While upgrading a stone did you check to make sure that the ones you mentioned was in matter in fact in Renji slots?

Did you take out by accident and upgrade and didn't uncheck them and upgraded by mistake?

You may think it was in Renji slots but maybe you took them out when switching formation.

I made a post about this few days ago. about gold hogyoku disappear after refresh on gold partner. sent out email to support and never heard anything. was gold ultimate kido attack hogyoku.
