Neh, i pick 3 styles in terms of facial that i go by:

1. EXTREMELY thin trimmed

2. a tiny stubble

3. Nothing (Clean shaven)

I get a baby face if i choose nothing, which i mostly go by xD
Ugh my hairs short, can't describe it's normal look... ugh, i ask for a "Short back and sides with a trim on top" hairstyle xD

I hate colour on drawings, either ruins it or doesn't belong there if that's what you meant by not knowing xD

I'd only use colour if it suited the drawing for better purposes however, like say a forest or something ^^

Edit: I used rubber for the chalk effect
