AzamiNene, something to keep in mind, is that the account was probably initially compromised by a keylogger, trojan, or rootkit rather than your password being 'hacked'.
I also assume you're using a unique password for this website, and don't use it for anything else which could have had its database cracked.
You said you updated Windows recently, but was it a fresh install or an upgrade? If upgrade, I'd still be worried.
