Ok well this is how i see it, seeing as you have isshin and his skill already gives you combo rate , then byakuya's combo rate really serves no purpose, also seeing as isshin's skill shuts down the assaulter lane you really wouldn't have to worry about decreasing their speed if they already can't attack ^^ SOOOOOO therefore Yamamoto is your skinny and ribsy choice

Congrats , sure when you combine them with senbon and that 25% boost he's gonna be insane

Actually I did, dats why I'm using kazeshini over sogyo
but usually I one shot supp and void assaulters so why the fck I need to reduce speed?

And btw all fights I lose its cuz they have a faster t1, and control my team befor I even attack
