when he dies, he ignite all in enemy team

when he gets killed all enemies will be like poisoned (ignite is the same skill the tobiume use if you've seen it) so after they do any action they suffer % dmg

yes, as long as 2 or 3 DOTs are not the same kind  they will stack

i was making an example when i said poison and yeah his normal attacks also causes enemy to lose hp after they do any action and yes poison and ignite do stack since they are different buffs (not very sure about that though)

he gives poison, if he dies he gives ignite

TheGuyinBlack is lying Barragan's Respira deals burn (Ignite) damage as well as his final modify, not poison.
