if you use controls supports such as yoruichi / harribel then having damages on supports isnt that usefull
Jizo gives only 3 more % speed than Kazeshini, but gives way more damages to supports
If you definitely want to get Barragan then he's ok with Jizo cuz poison+burn is kinda cool, so you need a tanky formation, that can make the fight last
So maybe Jizo with Barragan, Komamura.. then one stun support like Yoruichi (but more like Harribel cuz prevents more damages) so Gin should be great for you.
If you can get Sexy Rangiku it would be nice with supporters' focus formation too

that is an older post, was thinking they all get a good boost from Kazeshini,  of course it's not the Ultimate team, but there is real promise there
