It does work on pve? It says only for pvp

I thought the same thing. Fortify works in pve, fortify effect (Example :after lvl 10 fortify hyorimaru increases toshiro's defense by 5% at the end of each round) doesn't work in pve.

What I'd like to know is if the attributes fortified, carry on to pve.  The effects wouldn't matter to me as I use zabimaru, and I don't have no sort of renjis.  So the real question is, to clarify if the fortified attributes stay at ryoka or ES.
