I feel like Ulq is just not easy to fit into a team.  Perhaps it's because I have Isshin and Sexy Yoru... I can't imagine replacing either of them with Ulq.   I suppose I could swap Sexy out for PvP with Ulq... but I don't lose fights due to a lack of "Attack-All" damage.  I basically only lose because Isshin doesn't go off before my opponents Isshin or Shinso or SWP/CSB Aizen does.

I think Ulq was a much better partner before many people had CSB/SWP Aizen and Isshin.
On the other hand, Nel might not last forever, but she seems like she might be fun in my 1-3-1 form.  I have cute in there now, but cute never wins me a fight... she's kind of useless in my formation.  Nel would add some utility by occasionally helping me win a fight vs someone even if their Isshin is faster than mine... Nel might just nerf their assaulters enough that I can re-gain control of the fight.  It probably won't happen often, but better then Cute.

Even VIP 0 like me is capable of getting enough coins to get swp Kenpachi tho. I got swp renji and hitsugaya. Yet still got 29350 hueco mundo coins. I'm playing for 3 months btw

I'd say neither.  In my opinoin it's a waste of tokens.  What I would do, would be become vip6 and get ultima aizen that's the best way to go. But you could start with aizen.  You should save your coins for him, so you get him faster.  I got nel and panthera, I kinda used both a bit, but now I'm regretting not having saved enough coins to get aizen faster.

But if you really have to choose betwwen gamuza and ulquiorra, I'd say ulquiorra.

U have right, also low vip lvl can go for swp aizen but how long will take this?
I get ulquiorra cuz byakuya had small dmg and he was the last tavern pvp partner for me. I think ulquiorra was the best choice cuz i will not spend gold for any event partner and byakuya is too weak for end game partner... I will go upgrade ulquiorra and if i get vip 6 will go for kenny or aizen

640 days to get ultima aizen for vip5 or 320 days for vip6. I dont know that I will play in this game that long time to get him And how to play with byakuya all the time in pvp? For me he is too weak also with his 2nd skill. Also playing with same team (from tavern) was boring for me Will get vip 6 and upgrade ulquiorra and then I will go for kenny or aizen

The 2nd reset is vip7 if you wanna half your time not vip6 :/

You might want to check your calculations on Aizen

Valid point you say there.  To be honest I wanted to try ulquiorra, I think he would have been good, but then I saw videos of guys with aizen and the power they had, so I decided to wait till aizen.  

True, byakuya is weak, at the end this game is about fun.  If you want ulquiorra, go for him.  Just put some speed on him, so he doesn't get stunned by other people's gin or silenced by toshiro.

coupons which i need: 1400+1800 it's 3200 for ultima aizen. I can get only 180 points everyday in Hueco Mondo so i can get only 5 coupons everyday. So... 3200 coupons / 5 everyday its 640 days. What is wrong?
