i'am having black screen problems i have tried two of the fixes on your forums. CLEARING MY INTERNET CACHE and updating my flash player pleaz help me fix this problem as soon as you can.

Hello im Ethan (EthanDIfill from server EU S127). Me and everybody else on this server are experiencing difficulties that are not acceptable. I have put money into this game to give me an additional edge. We have not received the special zanpukto on day 3 nor have we received ichigo on day 7. I am deeply disappointed with this issue and it needs to be resolved ASAP unless you wish to lose more players and money! I have also been told that you have been told about this multiple times and you have not done anything about it! We all deserve some compensation for this issue even though you were warned about it previously. Now Fix It!!!!

i believe your flashplayer may be conflictng with something

just uninstall your flashplayer and re-install it

my require you to uninstall COMPELTELY every browser and redownload them just besure the setups of the newest version are in your downloads before the unisntall

then make sure every driver is up to date on your PC
