At the same level and same evolution who is more fast?

My Gin 113 lv with Speed mod(8%) reach 169k Speed

My Aizen 114lv without Speed mod(8%) only 150k
I do not think my aizen will be more fast than gin when get Speed mod,

if someone have both can check speed please?

Aizen is faster, both got same talent. Aizen stat is 600agi with 3 growth while Gin got 200 with 2.9. Not sure, but I think growth counts from the recruited level, in case of Gin lv90 and Aizen lv100. Aizen will eventually outspeed Gin

I know that Aizen should be more fast, and base stats are better.

Is only weird that now Aizen seem be so slow.

Aizen when he is level 1 will have 600 base speed his speed will increase by 3.0 every level and his mod will give him 8% speed of his total current speed that you have on him + the growth rate (+3.0%)
Gin when he is level 1 will have 200 base speed and his speed will increase by 2.9 every level and his mod will give him extra speed + 2.9%
Aizen is faster according to my maths
