No I haven't heard anything, I was at work all day, but it appears it is indeed delayed if it's not out after daily reset.

from what we know, server clash is level 72 and up.

Maybe they gonna change the min lv like hollow map you also need lv72 but here you need lv70, so maybe can be the same or high dunno.

It's better for PvE than Kazeshini, Kazeshini is still better for PvP
