Um hi! I'm back again lol I just wanted to ask if Rukia should be the fastest character in the formation?

Not necessarily,  fastest or slowest your assaulters will attack after 1 round instead of 2
To.clear this up for you,
Lets assume she attacks first after
Round 1 everyone has 100 fury
Round 2 rukia uses her skill and give Assaulter 35 fury i think so they have 135 fury and use their skill
Round 3 everyone but rukia has 0 fury, rukia uses her skilk and gives everyone 35 fury, assaulters attack and gain 50 fury which makes it 85 in total
Round 4 rukia uses her skill and gives fury to assaulters so they use their skills when they attack
Now if she was the slowest
Round 1 same as above
Round 2 assaulters attack with 100 fury with their skills tyen rukia uses her skill qnd gives everyone 35 fury which makes ur assaulters have 35 fury after round 2
Round 3 assaulters attack and get 50 fury along with the fury they had and get 85 fury, rukia attacks last with her skill and gives assaulters 35 fury again at the end of round 3
Round 4 assaulters attack with their skills.
It it's really nkt big difference that you shojld worry about

There is a slight different though that you should.know, forr every extra 1 fury point above 100 will increase your skill dmg by 0.25% and that's why some people say that you will do more dmg if she was faster due to attacking with 135 fury at round 2
And if u want my tip if u can make.her faster easily without having to make some serious swapping in gear in pve then do it, in pvp its not worth just for some extra dmg

Well it depends, i will be off from the game for a month due to exams and such so if i came back here after a month and felt like playing then i will try and update the guide with details about the new bonuses
as for starrk, his upgrade is kinda disappointing, 100% dodge rate ? not what i wanted and from what i read it would take 200 days to reach that point so i will not waste about 2/3 a year just for that skill on starrk XD
