LAst days other server ultimate bp also u can buy or get extra box . But now on the new one no extra reward box to buy or to get ? r they open later or only like that it will go guys? U know?

I got a feeling after seireitei treasury will be ultimate weapon. I'm going to go out on a limb and say it will be lvl 80 ultimate set, 90 ultimate set, and 100 ultimate set.

If you see it, it's just a graphical bug more than likely.

I've only seen one other complaint about it, but Charlie said there is no issue on the servers end. I don't know.

Try clearing your cache...I guess...

Yes, this is most likely due to one of the game's old assets (from rukia event) being used in place of the new one. Redownload the game (i.e. clear your cache) and you'll be fine.
