I wanted 3-1-1 but I have kido make, so it would be a waste of streangth stones. My team would be: sajin, main, ikaku, yoruichi and urahara.

if this helps i just got lightshot...  he's up to my level, I just hit VIP7 but have spent a fair bit of gold on partners...he however does not have great stuff on.  he's more holding a place than truely active anymore truth be told...

I did some math on this a week ago in 2-3-0 formation for pve, Kisuke + Rukias overfury damage on assaulters out damage Jushiros growth rate unless you stack him.

With Kisuke + Rukia
Turn 2 (First Fury turn), Assaulters get 13.75% to 20.6% damage bonus from overfury.
Turn 4 (Second Fury turn), Assaulters get another 13.75% to 20.6% damage bonus from overfury.

The 37.5% to 61.8% bonus damage on assaulters fury turn out weight Jushiros dmg

Did harribel's solo soul map using him, wew wew.  Pretty good for the level for damage purposes and, anti stun is kinda nice.

easy to justify a god vang.  plus your stunners don't really need power,  plus you will want one of them to have str stones instead of wis so you can pull one for an assaulter easy in pve

If I'm honest, he may make my team after I free up a support space...  his new skill looks good IMO, and his original skill does have it's uses

I really don't see how he can be useful, his normal skill is quiet good but the grow rate is to low AND he is out speed by partners that can silence him like yori and aizen so the whole point of him being in the formation becomes irrelevant. Now for the new skill is a okay skill yes but tousen for example is a partner that increase whole team attack to and as better grow rate, he becomes a okay partner yes but there are other partners that are worth more the time and the effort to have their skills upgrade.
