he has to get at least yoruichi or sajin to keep up with his server and Yes reiatsu level 40 is very necessary but it's more important to get it to 35 first because with zabimaru he get's more damage which gives more silver in events and with that he won't have any problem getting it to 40, in other words after getting 1 gold partner he can throw all his silver on reiatsu without having to worry about janken for a while

This is a good guide for where your Reiatsu should be.  If you don't follow this you will definitely fall pretty far behind if you merge with a competitive server where most will.

Fortifying is so damn expensive.  Up until 90ish it costs under 1 mil per fortify.  After about 105 I think it is, the costs exponentially increase beyond all control.  I'd suggest most people initially stop at 90 fortify on most gear, except for weapons and boots and VG gear.  I keep weapons and boots at level and VG gear within 5-10 levels of max if possible... but beyond that is just throwing money down a toilet compared to Reiatsu.
