It really depends on Zanpaktou though.
Noza can perform really good and make Mugetsu really good with the right Zanpaktou without needing TSI at all or even consider missing him.

i think tsi is still a great choice even if his reg attacks is glitch and who needs a reg hit if he clears the field on the first one? <3

d ichi is leagues below TSI no questions...  TSI has better stats, higher damage %, better mods and evo... and comparing TSI to valkyrie is like comparing Mug to Muken Aizen or Bankai Yama...  no comparisons bro, neither in price nor in power...

Mug and TSI era is over, just like Senju and Hiki. But if I have to pick Mugetsu or TSI, I will pick Mugetsu.
