thats not average lvl 90 BP
210k for main.. is not average unless u get all ur bp  from agility.

its possible.. if you got hogu's and all things maxed out with agility stones
agility is like an inflation number for anything not regarded as a support.
If i wasnt too busy leveling partners up again i would show you ive done it, but it involves me refining a ish ton to put agility back on all Sault gear.. and the fact that im still in lvl 90 gear with 3 partners having 630k should prove adding two more makes it close to 1mil, there are lvl 80 pieces and hollowfire on random partners and not fully infused 90 gear or id be over 1mil already.

I have fought a ton of high vip players in csb and judging from their reiatsu their pve bp is not 830k and these people hav alot of event characters, he would hav to lvl extreamly extreamly slow to be the bp at lvl 90, which is a slight possibility still, unless.......he been banking vits and use em on sereitei attack and got lvl 8 stones then i would believe him.

reiatsu doesn't determine BP that heavily lol
