the new event is out but for me it still says Dark Rukia, I have reset cache/cookies etc and nothing has changed?

I did, I went from Explorer to Firefox

also tried a different computer..very strange that there is no difference, especially between the computers

What does that mean then. you can see by my screen shot that Rukia is definitely there

I tried a different computer and a different browser..no change..it would seem that it is an account problem and not computer then? No point going for the event then because im sure I couldn't use a second Dark Rukia

I've sent an email to support so maybe they can check it out

Try clearing your internet cache or something. It looks like a cache issue to me.

I tried that already and it didn't do anything

I also tried a different computer which also didn't do anything, this isn't making sense..but dark rukia event is definitely there..it says 0 days left...starting now until 8/27/2014..its as if the old event is loading for me? I have dark rukia..not sure if there is a bug within that somewhere which is causing this

I've just logged onto another user profile I created on this computer..still have the same problem...its late now so Ill need to follow this up again in the morning

Just an update on this, I tried a computer that has never used bleach online and the new event is there

It would seem that for some reason my other computer is not clearing its cache properly ..I have done it a few times now and it doesn't seem to work
