Heuco Mondo Attack RESET BUGGED!!! Give me my nozarashi! you cost me 20 coupons

I am vip9 and have 2 attempts to reset, i am 20 coupons from nozarashi and this stupid bug happens.... 2 resets wasted... it says i have a reset available but when i try to reset the instance it says not enough attempts!!!  you want people to pay cash on here but it seem's even those of us who pay get ripped off by bugs, exploiters and faulty game play. I was supposed to have nozarashi today have worked my butt off to get this done and can't because of a bug that you have repeatidly ignored. Fix this PLEASE!!!

Too bad to hear that.  It pays to be patient.  The bug happens when you reset as soon as the server resets.  It's best to do HMA and to reset one hour after the server has reset.  If you do it within the hour that the server resetted you get this bug.  

Try doing it one hour after reset, next time.  Don't be too impatient to do it as soon as the server resets.

You are correct my freind . I was also wondering when it happened to me a couple of times , but as soon as i figured it , i never do it just after reset . I do it atleast 1 hour after of reset .

I have a bug in hueco mondo attack where I played yesterday but I didnt get a reset chance for today.While its still unchanged.
