Ya, stones only help with the base gear stats are high. The return is shit if you don't plan on getting higher level gear.

i cant upgrade my gears... lvl 120 gears isnt out rite...

so all i can hope is the CSB gears which i hope they ll release...

Don't know anything but i'm sure it will be a gold spending event. I seen the free event gear get upgraded which gives me hope they will help Low or No VIP players.
