after hovering over the effect in the enchantment window and it says adds 8% chance to stun, so does any1 know if i were to put this on my main's wep will it give me a chance to stun or does it only effect char that already have a chance to stun like yoruichi, gin aizen, ect?

yes your mains aoe skill or any skill at all from any partner has an 8% chance to stun ive tried it and its alright you dont get it much but say if you were to add it on like shinso gin you get stuns a little more frequent than without since he already has a % rate of stun for me anyways he seems generous with stuns
