Question about block cap

actually his skill does surpass the 90% cap to 105%
it's the same case with the difference between "add 10 crit rate" & "add 10 crit dmg" ... they don't mean the same thing.

I would put 90% of stones, the skill goes past the rate BUT break will lower it. So 115% block minus 90% break only gives you 25% block rate. So my example is my VG kenny, he has 92.5% with evo, 15% mod with mod and 30% from cute is a 137.5% block rate for me - 90% = 47.5% effective block which is nuts LOL. Everyone should focus on break because let's say you only have 40% now, i'm at 97.5% block and you're FUCKED.

P.S my evo isn't maxed out

pretty lame stats for partly offensive and partly defensive VG, i'm very disappointed TT~TT even Sajin has a beter Evo stats...

Yeah his evo sucks... he is more def oriented than stark for example but has basically purely offensive evo... Not to mention wasted 14% combo...

yeah there gotta be a mistake why a VG would need a huge load of Combo rate ?

Until end game is released (which they never do for these games) you will never know the reason. I wouldn't be surprised of combo rate VG in the future.
