mod soul keeps resetting

So i am having problems with the Mod Soul Hut when i feed the pet it lvls up but like a few hours later it would reset back to lvl 1 and i was wondering if it has happened to anyone else cause its getting me annoyed that it keeps resetting can anyone help o.o?
My server is 235 named DottyKun
any help with work ^^

Same problem  What i did is simply choose the right modsoul again from hut.  That fixed the problem to me.

Same..just made a char on a new server, it was level 6 then reset to level 1

i hope they fix it cause i dont want it resetting on me all the time it hurts to see it go back to lvl 1

This happens to me also, seems to be happening when participating in the Ryoka event before upgrading your mod soul to level 10 and obtaining the next step, the next level of mod soul does not get reset... however it will switch your selected soul back to default each time you finish the Ryoka event (simply switching it back will rectify this)

Edit: This seems to be happening randomly, regardless of events it seems.. quite frustrating actually.

Same thing's happening to me on EU server 221. It's kind of pissing me off. I could easily be at least ranked 2nd but my mod soul keeps resetting. They need to fix this ASAP.

Same thing happening on US Server 217.  It's pretty annoying, anyone know if they'll fix it?
