Unlocking partners bonds

well, after trying for 30 minutes i finally unlocked shunsui's Bond with tousen ...
what i did was put tousen in attribute bonus and removed zanpakuto and removed everything from my main and refrshed page,first time it didn't work but next time it worked ... and my main died at that point and shunsui did 90% damage ... dunno wtf happened but i'm having a party tonight

as far as i can tell u need only main and the selected partner and do the last bit of what u can rea ...

Already did, not working. So it's basically do 4-5 related stuff, which is just

the funny thing is
i tried to do Byakuya's bond later
and my main got killed and he survived with 800 hp and the bond was unlocked ...... so i'm kinda sure that it has nothing to do with hp
i'm guessing that the damage you do must be more that the total hp that you have after succeeding
i still can't open hirako's bond with ichigo -.-,maybe because he is the second bond and i have to unlock the first one first ?
dunno ..this is just too fucked up

Nice effort. I think i'll just give up for now. Maybe i'll try on diff. occassions, but i'm tired of this game of guessing

So wait you can unlock bonds for partners that you don't have, but only first lvl, you can't upgra ...

no i mean i have 7 bonds for the characters i use but i only get a benefit for 3 of them because i dont have the requiered assistant to activate the bonus

shinigami uraharas  true shikai ichigo bond but i dont have tsi
cute orihimes shura kenpachi mugetsu and unohana kenpachi bond but i only have a limited lease of unohana kenpachi
sophisticated rangikus smart nanao tsi and shinji hirako but i only have a lease of smart nanao

i also have shinigami yoroichis sexy yoroichi bond but i dont use her anymore

You activate the minimal bonus, but you can't upgrade it if i'm right. I'm not sure by now
