you're talking about the "can surpass 90% counter rate" mod right? and yeah.... so when u go into battle itll be 90% even if u have 110% right? assuming u dont have the mod. and then crit % subtracts from 90....? so essentially crit and break def are useless?? thats weird. shit can cancel out entirely

i am confused  but hit rate doesnt seem to have cap on it ? but dodge does have . so wats the use  ...

its becasue evo bonus is calculated seperatly u can only get 90 from gear and stones then evo will push it over and as far as i can tell it still applies and they have no  intention of removeing it

unless the opponent has 100% counter rate then starrk will probably score a crit every time he hits ._. dunno
