Happens at other Chars also or didnt i see the "Executive Militia -nothing-" so far in the game?

The reds are always robe, about that I had pm'd the guy who put it, but i didn't get a reply. If you make an excel doc you could post it here for other people as well. I tried making one, but I didn't like how it looked so I gave up.

ofc i can share the excel i made, but its a real personal thing
just 3 chars and a summary, no big formulars or something
and its hardly possible to add new rows of materials in a ready character list thats why i left some places free

guess it's supposed to be 11th division belts, i ll fix it
