Get Bersek renji, improve your pve, gain lvls and when you reach lv100 start to think in pvp.

U have kensei which gives 35%. Isnt better to have W ichigo 40%, Mugetsu who have also like 30-40% and main with 9 skill? (Tenza zangetsu also gives a lot of damage to both of them). And the "they are too expensive" excuse does not apply to you.

My opinion is that combo rate is variable and if its focused on too much instead of raw stats, it will hold you down at 110 gear and never reach people's full potential. I use Hiki with Tensa so skill 9 isn't an option or me and the combo skill isn't worth it either. I use skill 2 and hit up to 230mil in damage.

tl;dr

If you have enough power to move past combo rate, do it soon as possible. Combo rate is not something you can depend on.
