Just take note of how this game (in terms of releasing partners) works, newer = better in terms of same quality

Mugetsu - Oldest Red
Kensei - Newest Red

I'm not saying Kensei is necessarily better, but in the damage against ES? Or PVP potential? An equal upgraded Kensei would beat an equal upgraded Mugetsu

NOTE THAT MUGETSU DMG RATE IS HIGHER SO IN A PVP BATTLE HE'LL BE DEALING MORE DAMAGE CZ ENEMIES HAVE IMMUNE RATE ASWELL BUT YEAH IN PVP I SAID LIKE 3 TIMES BEFORE KENSEI+MUGETSU WOULD BE 2ND BEST IF NOT THE BEST COMBO
