actually he is right it is silence, i watched in carefully again and he hovered over it twice and it said silence. now the question is can shini kiskue also apply the debuff?

It's supposed to end at round 5

Wouldn't that mean the ES would still gain fury even when silenced? He definitely got disarmed, silence wouldn't work on Daily Events else everyone would buy Shini Urahara for Ryoka lol (which alot of people have too)

Ill try the last hit of Ryoka to record if i can. Im curious if skill 2 works and will shi ura silence work on ES. It could be the whole game or just this partner. Even if it is changed i do see him as a upgrade. Its all good me hitting that hard and i make just a bit little more silver but it does take more away from everyone. I still think if its a bug that it wouldnt push everyones damage like mine because of my setup and stones. Also because this is not a stacking bug issue that its a 50/50 of removal on ES and if it does get done this will be in a month when everyone buys him. Just my 2 cents.

when he didn't attack

read carefully lol when he attacked yes it was silence , silence makes you attack normally even with 100 fury but dun stop you from attacking

So, would isshin's skill work here?  I think isshin silences so if debuffs work or a bug would that mean isshin's skill work too?  I'm simply curious about this.

WELL I WAS ANALYZING IT AND I THINK I GOT TO A RIGHT CONCLUSION :

it works because the debuff has a chance to apply on all not on van or supp or ass

so ES and ryoka are rated as monsters but kensei skill is AOE ...has a high chance to disarm and silence "enemies"(not a supposed rank so monsters count too) .

that's why it most likely works so basically CSB and SHINSO stun may work too

gogames will sell a bunch a kensei's, then he'll get nerfed.  i'm not gonna spend a dime on a bugged character that is going to get nerfed in a month or so.
