Ryumon Ikkaku Madarame, is he worth?

I'm currently using Komamura with maxed mods but soon I will be getting the 1 year sign-in coupons and I was thinking if it's worth getting Ryumon Ikkaku Madarame in the Comrade Partners that costs 28,500 coupons.  ( I don't think I did the math wrong )
Should I focus in stones better? I'm VIP 4 by the way. Thanks in advance.

I'm using Kazeshini and got it quite fortified. The available Zanpakutos with coupons seem pretty avarage (Suzumebachi, Hozukimaru and Sode no Shirayuki).

madarame ikkaku benefits from hozukimaru if ur gonna make him ur end game vg, he can cross the 90% on block(mod) and dodge(bond-tavern bya).

but i would pass spending coupons on him. you get more stones which will be always worth till the end of the game. since u r vip4 it wouldnt matter whether u get the lvl 4 box or equivalent lvl 1 stones, it will be the same price eventually[discount is only for vip6+). so yeah get the bag to get 21 lvl 4 fury stones[dont synth them all, get kisuke final mod and give say lvl 9,8,8,8,8,8 to him for t1 and you have enuf to give to 2 partners so kisuke will t1 them too ] and the rest of the stones balance it out on ur partners.

koma is more than enuf for you now

lol missed an 's'. i meant to get the bags to get 21 stones. 18888/880 = 21 lvl 4 bags.
