i would have gotten isshin not yama,  but that's beside the point,   your second fury builder truthfully isn't doing as much as you think,  I just went through that myself recently.   I'd pull D rukia for Jushiro to protect your supports and add damage, and for pvp (being your running hyorin) I'd keep the jushiro move, and I'd pull yama for another support...   who are you close to in SWP?  I'd try to go for someone to take care of supports on the other side.  Unless your server has a lot of 1-3-1s in which case I'd switch that to someone that can take care of enemy assaulters.   Any Aizen would be good,  SWP toshi/nel,  harribel/yourichi  control teams work wonders in pvp  TBH  I'd reserve kieske for pve exclusively and put like harribel/yourichi/jushiro in the back row, and if you don't have the stones for him, understand there will be no #godstarrk in your future...   he's squishy...  like really squishy...  coming from Sajin...  Jello...  if you have the coins for it,  Soph rang is the cheapest vang that has a similar plan as his, but she's sooooo much better IMO
